Joy in Giving

Throughout most of the New Testament, Christ knew that one of the real tests of our surrender to God is our ability and faithfulness to share with others. Showing mercy to others is solid proof that we too have experienced God's mercy on ourselves.

A very wise friend once told me, "What you are speaks so loud that I cannot hear what you say". How well we treat others and spread the joy of the Gospel speaks volumes higher than the very words you say. The enemy does not care about how much you can theorize the faith or even how much you know of Christ. What he hates the most is how well you live for Christ and share the infectious love He has to offer us all.

Let us all be diligent in sharing the faith. You will reap more joy in your life than you thought possible before. After all, Joy is the reward Christ has promised us all! "These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full" John 15:11
